Catch all the excitement of the 2025 NRL Premiership kick-off on March 2 when local clubs and the Australian Rugby League Commission host the Official NRL Vegas Watch Party at hundreds of clubs across NSW including Wyong Rugby Leagues Club.
Thanks to this unique partnership, clubs will welcome members and guests to watch the 2025 NRL premiership kick off, with four games of footy and plenty of fanfare to keep the crowds entertained.
In addition to hosting the Official NRL Vegas Watch Party this year, local clubs will have 22 special event hubs set up around the state including Wyong Leagues.
The events will be hosted by NRL legends, with Vegas-themed food and beverage specials, trivia, competitions and more for fans to enjoy.
The hubs will also offer the chance for attendees to win one of two double passes to NRL Vegas 2026, as well as NRL jerseys and other official merchandise and prizes.
ClubsNSW CEO Rebecca Riant said for those who can’t make it to NRL Vegas this year, Wyong Leagues Club would be the next best option.
“We are so excited about this partnership. I encourage everyone to get down to their local club on Sunday, March 2, to enjoy everything that the Official NRL Vegas Watch Party has to offer – from great prizes and delicious American-style food to photo opportunities with legends of the game and fun competitions,” Riant said.
“Whether you’re watching the event with your family or your mates, your local club is the perfect place to celebrate the beginning of the NRL season without missing out on any of the action.”
NRL CEO Andrew Abdo said Las Vegas 2025 would be bigger and bolder than ever.
“Last year we were blown away by the excitement and atmosphere created by fans across the country as they gathered together with family and friends to watch the season opening round in Las Vegas,” he said.
“If you can’t be there in Las Vegas, there are some great events for the whole family to enjoy at local clubs across NSW that will offer a great atmosphere and fun experience for fans.”
Laurie Daley, rugby league legend and Official NRL Vegas Watch Party ambassador said the event was destined to become a highlight on sporting calendars for years to come.
“Just like the Super Bowl and more recently The Everest, NRL Vegas is set to be one of the biggest annual sporting events — the hype around it will just keep on building,” Daley said.
“I can’t think of a better host for the Official NRL Vegas Watch Party than your local club — the relationship between clubs and the game of rugby league is very natural.
“The club industry pours tens of millions of dollars into elite and grassroots rugby league every year, making the sport more accessible for kids right across the state and helping to create a pathway for promising young players.
“Clubs also provide a social hub for fans of the game to come together in celebration of their favourite team, so this partnership makes perfect sense.”
