The Funhaus Factory’s Comedy Club will see proud Nyoongar man Craig Quartermaine headline this Friday, January 19.
Seen on Tonightly with Tom Ballard, NITV and Triple j’s One Night Stand-Up, Quartermaine has co-headlined with Brendon Burns and opened for comedy heavyweights Hannibal Buress, Chris D’Elia, Nazeem Hussain and Jim Jefferies.
His set is packed with jokes on his take on race, politics and enjoying life as an Indigenous Australian.
Host and MC for the evening John Glover is a two-time RAW Comedy NSW State Finalist and a unique voice in queer comedy, with a warm and cheeky style.
The evening will also feature three strong female comedy voices.
Outspoken, funny and quick-witted Frida Deguise is a Lebanese Muslim mother of four whose comedy challenges commonly held preconceptions as she makes her own rules about what a Muslim woman can and cannot say.
Also on the bill are rising Sydney comedy star Freya Morton and Annabelle James, fresh from her one woman show at Sydney Fringe.
The doors will open at 5pm for supper and happy hour with $10 cocktails, featuring delicious Columbian street food at the Empanada Bar.
The show kicks off at 7.30pm sharp at the Funhaus Factory in Gosford.
