The state government leaving our council under administration for so many years, & during that time, increasing our rates so much, selling off community land & rezoning conservation land with threatened & endangered species, should be a matter for ICAC. It’s outrageous that we have no local representation here.

i totally agree with this, it was bad enough we had to contend with the corruption of our last council but the ratepayers are being punished and continue to be punished, we are losing more than most would be are aware of, local groups who’ve worked hard for premises are having them all reclaimed by council, they are hell bent on wiping out long standing performing arts and craft groups (who are still struggling from covid lockdowns) by pricing them out of all our theatres and millions have been spent on useless consultants that not from our area and know nothing of our needs and wants, there will be nothing left by the time we are ‘allowed’ to have an elected council again
