Earth tremor recorded on the Central Coast this morning

Numerous local reports of seismic activity have been reported to Geosciences Australia this morning as a result of a Magnitude 6.0 earthquake recorded in Victoria this morning at 9.15am.

One local man based in a multi story apartment in Gosford CBD reported to CCN a swaying action at his building.

CCN can confirm that Geosciences Australia, the official body that monitors seismic activity in Australia has received dozens of ‘Felt Reports’ from the Central Coast (see map).
