Booker Bay multi dwelling proposal on exhibition

Plans for the construction of an attached dual occupancy in Booker Bay have gone on public exhibition.

The site, which is located at 24 Telopea St, currently contains a timber framed, single-storey dwelling which will be demolished if plans are approved.

The proposed development features two double-storey units: unit 1 is provided with dual aspect courtyard areas at ground level, whilst unit 2 has a full-width courtyard directly accessible from its north-facing living room.

The development plans will be available for public comment until October 1.

More information about the application can be found on Central Coast Council’s website.
