Somebody in State government is responsible for this situation we are in but they are too busy covering their collective backsides and pointing there fingers at the Councillors as scapegoats. Rik Hart is no better jumping to the State government and wringing the ratepayers to pay for the problem. Aren’t the developer contributions set aside for the Council infrastructure in the first place.
