The Central Coast Administrator states that Council has managed to secure two $50M loans but will not divulge who the lender is.
As ratepayers, are we not entitled to know who and how much interest will be charged on the loans, after all, we will be the ones paying it back?
Why the secrecy if it is a reputable lender?
Hopefully, it’s not the Chinese belts and roads lender.
