Memo to cash strapped Council.
Please send Rangers out each afternoon to Gavenlock Oval and Paddy Clifton Oval in Narara.
That way, irresponsible dog owners who allow unleashed dogs to roam on ovals. despite several signs clearly stating the contrary, (could) be fined (not warned).
(This would) allow local residents to use the open spaces without being chased and or attacked.
Last week on one day alone, there were eight unleashed dogs on Gavenlock Oval (in the) late afternoon.
A great revenue earner for Council in these difficult fiscal times.
