Three northern groups got a financial boost when Central Coast Council decided the recipients of the community support grants at the February 24 meeting.
Wyong Creek Literary Institute will get a rates subsidy of $1,239.44; Tuggerah Lakes Art Society will receive $2,473 for its Women in Art Exhibition and Artisans’ Market; and, Wyong Garden Club will be able to use an extra $1,940 for their 40th Birthday Celebration.
The Community Support Grant Program provides funding and/or in kind support to help deliver programs, projects or events that build connections and celebrate the local community.
