Central Coast COVID-19 numbers continue to rise sharply

[Friday Mar 27, 2020] Confirmed coronavirus cases on the Central Coast continue to rise sharply over the last few days. As at 1pm Friday 27 March, Central Coast Local Health District has recorded 70 confirmed cases of COVID-19.

Of these cases, five have recovered and are no longer in isolation. All other cases, and their close contacts, are at home in isolation (no current hospital cases).

There have been 3,306 COVID-19 tests conducted on the Central Coast in total, with 2.12% returning a positive result.
