The San Remo BMX Club will host a Come and Try BMX Day at the San Remo BMX Track, from 10:30am on October 27.
The Club is hosting the event for local people to come and learn about BMX as a sport and what BMX riding is about, on what they believe is the Coast’s best BMX track. Club members will be on hand throughout the day to discuss all things BMX and answer any questions attendees may have about the sport. The event will double as the offi cial opening of the San Remo BMX Track and showcase what this unique facility has to offer.
The Club will have some beginner BMX bikes available for use on the day, but does encourage attendees to bring their own bike and associated safety gear. Would-be riders must wear a full face helmet that covers the ears, and fully enclosed shoes. The Club canteen will also be open on the day for guests just wanting to watch riders enjoying the new community sporting facility.
