[Forum] The scheduled public meetings to discuss the Gosford CBD revitalisation were a waste of public time and energy.
In June, Coast Community News contained the only information that was significant, that there were already an approved $1.79b of developments in the Gosford CBD area.
There remains only one question to answer.
Is the $1.79b to date, below, equal to, or higher than the adopted CBD revitalisation cost?
This question should have been asked at the beginning of the community meetings.
Depending on the answer, all following information could be irrelevant and quickly identified as meaningless.
