Woodport Public School is preparing for their 125-year celebrations.
The second planning meeting for the anniversary celebrations has finalised some dates that the community can now add to their calendar.
Woodport Public School has planned the opening of the school’s time capsule to take place on October 16.
These capsules have been placed in the school library since 1993 and were previously a part of the 1993 centenary celebrations.
The school community has expressed their excitement over the opening and reading the items that were placed in the capsules over a quarter of a century ago.
The School Open Day will take place on October 27. On the following week, the School’s 125th Celebration Ball will be held.
