Too much investigating and not enough doing

Politicians are flooding the media with stories about how they’ll be investigating to learn whether we should be investigating, to see if we need an investigation.

Supposed “major” problems include: discovering if we need to do something about railway crossings; discovering if we must do something about education funding; discovering if we should do something about employment, etc. There’s no attempt to tell us what their opponents shouldn’t have done or what they’d do to rectify these alleged problems. Now’s their chance to “Please Explain” their motives. Central Coast Newspapers’ publications are always ready to shed light on important issues.
