A 50-year-old man died on Tuggerah Lake, near Chittaway Point, after a jet ski accident on December 2.
The man suffered serious head injuries after falling from the jet ski.
When NSW ambulance paramedics arrived, the man had entered cardiac arrest and could not be revived.
He was pronounced dead at the scene and a report is now being prepared for the coroner.
The accident comes just weeks after kayaker, Mr Reuben Shipp, drowned in the Lake.
