Something needs to be done about multiple vehicle accidents where one party is clearly in the wrong, but the insurance companies have been placing the innocent party’s contributions on a vehicle he doesn’t own. The insurance company has “generously” refunded the moneys taken from him, but he must now try to defend himself against the wealthy insurance company. This isn’t made any easier by the fact that he is an old age pensioner.
