At 1am on Friday, March 10, police were attending Karalta Rd, Erina, in relation to a separate incident, when they saw a 26 year old male get into a White Ford Ranger and drive away.
Police stopped the vehicle and the male produced a P2 drivers’ licence.
He was breath tested, which gave a positive reading.
The male was arrested and taken to Gosford Police Station, where a breath analysis gave the reading 0.174.
