I was interested to read the article about the sale of Terrigal carpark which appeared in Issue 109 of Coast Community News.
Why couldn’t the carpark remain on site and whichever businesses be erected above? A separate carpark could be allocated for businesses above, leaving the original carpark below for customers and visitors. The carpark is not located on the main road through Terrigal, rather it’s on a back street.
