Dr Danielle Toase began her new role with Council on Monday April 14.
In a statement released on April 23 Council confirmed the news.
“After recently commencing with Central Coast Council, Dr Danielle Toase has elected to step down from her newly appointed role as Director of Environment and Planning due to personal circumstances,” Council said.
“CEO David Farmer said he was disappointed at this outcome but respects Danielle’s decisiveness in this matter. “Recruitment of a replacement has commenced, and Mr Jamie Loader will resume responsibility for the Directorate until further notice.”
