International award-winning magician Joel Howlett from JD’s World Of Magic is set to return to the Red Tree Theatre at Tuggerah.
His full-length Magic Spectacular will take place on April 15 at 11am and promises to be a treat for both the young and the young at heart.
The production includes audience participation, world class sleight of hand and a stunning illusion where Howlett will walk through an examined sheet of steel.
Howlett has appeared on many television shows including Under Cover Boss, Today Show, Hey Hey Its Saturday, Mornings With Kerri Anne, NBN Telethon and The Disney Channel, has performed Internationally in the USA and New Zealand and in 2018 he won the CONDA (City Of Newcastle Drama Association) Award for Best Theatrical Event.
Red Tree Theatre will also present the much-loved classic play The Crucible by Arthur Miller for three weeks from May 2.
Directed by Daniel Widdowson and Belle Parsonage—creators of the critically acclaimed Pride and Prejudice (2024)—this gripping tale explores the Salem witch trials with searing intensity.
The Crucible captures the devastating consequences of mass hysteria, betrayal, and the fight for personal integrity, themes that remain hauntingly relevant in today’s world.
