Police are investigating a fatal crash at Wamberal on Wednesday, May 7.
Emergency services were called to Tumbi Rd about 10:30am following reports of a multi-vehicle collision.
It’s believed a southbound truck and a northbound sedan collided before the sedan then collided with another vehicle.
The driver of the sedan, a man in his mid-40s, died at the scene.
The other drivers weren’t injured but have been taken to hospital to undergo mandatory blood and urine testing.
Officers from Brisbane Water Local Area Command have commenced inquiries into the incident.
Anyone who witnessed the crash, or the events leading up to it, is urged to contact investigators.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
